Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Email support@littlefieldlab.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send returns to the address on the shipping package unless we confirm it.

Customers pay return shipping. We recommend a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. Return the product with its included accessories, packed securely.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you about the refund and return approved refunds to your original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
